Female, 47 years old Chief complaint: Irregular menstrual cycles, no abdominal pain, no abnormal vaginal bleeding Examination Report Department: Specialized Ward for Uterine Cavity Diseases Clinical Diagnosis: Multiple uterine fibroids; space-occupying lesion of the uterine cavity to be investigated Ultrasound Description: 【Uterus】【Transvaginal】 Uterine position: retroverted; uterine size, longitudinal diameter 71mm, transverse diameter 73mm, anteroposterior diameter 65mm; Uterine shape: irregular; uterine echogenicity: heterogeneous; myometrial color Doppler flow shows punctate signals, Endometrial thickness 6mm, endometrial echogenicity slightly heterogeneous, intrauterine IUD: none. Cervical length: 29mm Hypoechoic area in the right anterior wall myometrium of the uterus: 36 × 37 × 35mm, compressing the uterine cavity, multiple hypoechoic nodules seen in the remaining myometrium, the largest 48 × 45 × 38mm 【Adnexa】 Right ovary: size 20 × 16 × 15mm, Left ovary: size 22 × 15 × 11mm 【Pelvic effusion】: none. Ultrasound Impression: Multiple uterine fibroids, one of which may be affecting the uterine cavity. Endometrium slightly heterogeneous. Examination Time: February 24, 08:20
